Steps to submit the abstract

1. Log-in to your LPS25 account (or create a new one if you have not already done so).
2. Select the Abstract Submission tab to start your submission.
3. Fill in the required information fields:
  a. Title
  b. Author(s) and affiliation(s) of author(s) (including full first name(s) -no initials, last name(s) and email addresses)
  c. Abstract: the abstract format requirements are detailed in the ‘Abstract Content’ section (mathematical symbols and equations must be typed in, and metric symbols should be used
4. Preview your submission and amend/accept it, as needed
5. Payment: Click "Submit and Pay" to provide your invoice details and payment method (see submission fees below of 100 EUR/abstract. Please note that this is a processing charge and not a publishing fee, and it is non-refundable)

Submission fees

1. Regular fee - 100 EUR/Abstract
2. Reduced fee - 30 EUR/ Abstract (for students or LDC member https://unctad.org/topic/least-developed-countries/list)
3. ESA Staff / Contractor - no fee (please register using your ESA email for easy identification)

Please note that this is a processing charge and not a publishing fee, and it is non-refundable.
